Born from the will of the artist and his wife, the Fondazione Emilio and Annabianca Vedova showcases the art and work of Emilio Vedova through cultural initiatives, exhibitions and educational courses. The Venetian offices of the Fondazione embody this multiplicity of intentions: the Magazzino del Sale, design by Renzo Piano, hosts the dialogue between the works by the maestro and those of artists from around the world. The more recent Spazio Vedova, however, is a multifunctional environment, capable of hosting events that are not just exhibitions.

Interesting info
Emilio Vedova was not only a great artist, but also a passionate teacher. He held a series of lectures at numerous American universities and also taught at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.
